How does Jennifer Garner have the energy to carry her adorable daughter Seraphina? The answer is obvious: coffee! The stunning actress and mommy was spotted showing off her strength by lifting her toddler after grabbing some much-needed caffeine at a local coffee shop near her home in Los Angeles, California.

Jen, 39, was all smiles as she carried Seraphina, 2. Jennifer looked LA cool in a baseball cap, sunglasses and a navy blue Stylemint t-shirt while Seraphina looked like the perfect picture of cute in a floral dress. Who wouldn’t be smiling if they were looking at that kid?
